Mothers around the world face the deepest personal journey when having a child. Outsiders looking in might think that it only begins when the baby is born, but the truth is that there are years of build-up, there is both the joy and stress of pregnancy, and then there is often a solid period of time after the baby is born. Whilst the exacts vary for each Mother, the intensity is real for all.
The truth is that having a family means things will never be the same again. Life has changed forever. Our values often shift as parents. Our kids need us and we’ll do anything for them. After a time, however, we often get the itch that something else is missing in our lives. Often, this can be connection with career, with professional purpose, and with the feeling that we are out in the world doing something that has growth and meaning outside of the family unit.
How Can I Get Back To Work?
At Peak Dawn, we specialise in a methodology called Strengths. Our Coaches use this online test to identify and analyse your natural talents from the way you think, feel, and behave. When you can identify your Strengths at this level and speak to a qualified Strengths Coach, there is a glorious moment when our clients remember who they are.
We help our clients build confidence to remember not only prior professional experience, but to tap into their way of thinking, feeling, and behaving so that you can create a future that inspires you. Once you’ve found the right fit for you, we come up with an action plan to get you back on the right path of returning to work.
Who Are Our Coaches?
All of our Coaches are parents and Gallup Certified Strength Coaches. Trust us, they get it because they are either a Mother themselves, or the loving Partner of a Mother.
How Do The Process Work?
This work is only possible through introspection, discovery, and through empowerment. We highly recommend three one-hour coaches sessions, which can be conducted at a time of your convenience and dialled into from a location anywhere in the world.
