Why Strengths For Students?
Students are at a pivotal point of life, soon to join or re-join the workforce. The CliftonStrengths Assessment gives insight into how they naturally think, feel, and behave, going deeper than CV or skills based career advice. By knowing their Strengths, students are better equipped to find careers of both fulfilment and high performance.
CliftonStrengths is a leadership methodology used at all levels of multi-national corporations. Completing this workshop adds to their leadership toolkit.
People who do focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. They are more productive too, both individually and in teams. And they are more than three times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.
What Do The Students Get?
Each participant comes away with an in-depth understanding of their truest self, along with a Brand Statement. A Brand Statement is a two-sentence expression of their Top Five Gallup Strengths, and will be timeless throughout their careers. Students are encouraged to place their Brand Statement on their CV and LinkedIn Profiles.

What Is The Format?
This is a highly engaging half-day workshop, involving live coaching and regular group exercises. The students do a 45 minute online test beforehand, and their individualised test results are used throughout the day.
The focus is on aligning students to be an expression of Who They Are throughout their lives and upcoming careers.
